Day 08: Tsarang to Lo-Manthang (3,730m/12,234ft): 3-4 hours Today we move forward to Lo-manthang which is compartively a short journey than the others. It takes us 3-4 hours to reach Lo-manthang from Tsarang. We will descend from Tsarang to cross Tsarang-chu. From there we will ascend uphill through rocky path all the way to a piled up stones. We can get the view of the first look into walled city of Lo-Manthang from this point. As we continue our trrekking, we will descend and then move upward through another Highland to reach Lo-Manthang. We'll be spending our night at a guesthouse in Lo-Manthang.

Our representative from Himalayan Recreation treks will be there at Tribhuvan International Airport to pick you up at the time of your arrival. You'll be then, guided to your accommodation in Kathmandu. After reaching the hotel, there will be short briefying session about your Manaslu circuit Trek. After that, You'll freshen up & take rest comfortably. Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Sotikhola (710m/2328ft) 8-9 hrs We start off our trek today as we drive to Dhading Bensi, district headquater of dhading. We will be driving from Kathmandu to Dhading bensi. During the drive, we can enjoy the view of countryside & beautiful mountain sceneries. We further continue our drive from Dhading bensi to Arughat. Drive from Dhading bensi to Arughat will be slightly bumpy as we'll be driving ona rough road. After arughat, we drive towards Sotikhola. Overnight stay at hotel in Sotikhola. Day 3: Soti Khola to Machha khola (900m/2952ft) 6-7 hrs Machha Khola is 15km away from Soti Khola & it'll take around 6-7 hrs to reach Machha khola. We'll begin our trek to Machha Khola as we will be walking through beautiful Sal forest & climb the ridge above the huge rapids of the Budhigandaki river. Passing through the rocky trails & forests we reach Khursane. After that, we eventually make our way down & past few rice terraces. Then, continue our journey as we climb up around to the Gurung village of Labubesi. We follow the trail along the riverbank until we reach the Village of Machha khola where we will be staying overnight. Overnight stay at Machhakhola. Day 4: Machha Khola to Jagat (1340m/4395ft) 6-7 hrs Our journey today starts as we start our first day of trekking & we'll be trekking to Jagat. We follow the george & continue trekking up to the trail alongside the river. On the way we can enjoy hotspring bath & move along the steep valley sides. There are several villages that we'll be crossing today before we reach our destination Jagat. We will be trekking through villages like; Khorlabesi, Tatopani, Dovan, Thulo Dunga and finally the cultural village of Jagat at the elevation of 1340m. Jagat is 22km away from Machhakhola & it'll take us approximately 6-7 hrs to reach there. Overnight stay at the guesthouse in Jagat. Day 5: Jagat to Deng (2095m/6871ft) 6-7 hrs After spending a night in Jagat, we begin out journey early in the morning today & trek toward Deng. It will take us around 6-7 hours to reach Deng. After around 40 minutes of walk we'll soon approach a river that we’ll have to cross before we reach salleri. We reach salleri & then descend to Sirdibas. As we move forward, the trail continues up to ghatta khola & the valley widens a bit. After crossing a long suspension bridge, we soon reach philim which is a large gurung village. From Philim we trek to chisapani then take the path towards Naykphedi and further to Pewa. Now we're 45 mins away from our destination Deng, moving forward we'll have to cross suspension bridge two times before we reach Deng. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Deng. Day 6: Deng to Namrung (2900m/9512ft) 6-7 hrs Early in the morning, we start our trekking downhill to Budhi Gandaki River and uphill to Rana gaon where we can get the beautiful views of river & landscapes. After a short walk of 45 minute we'll reach bihipedi. We'll trek through several dense forest & reach to Suksum from where we continue climbing uphill until we reach Namrung. It takes us around 6-7 hours to reach Namrung from Deng. You can see the tibetan lifestryle & culture after you reach Namrung. Some of the mesmerizing views of Saula Himal, Himalchuli Range can be seen from here. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Namrung. Day 7: Namrung to Samagaun (3500m/11480ft) 6-7 hrs Today we'll have to pass through Banjam, Lihi, Sho, Lho, and Sayla to reach Samagaun from Namrung. On the way we'll pass through several buddhist monaestry. Once we reach lihi, we can get the beautiful view of Ganesh Himal, north Himchuli and Naike peak in the right. We then continue our trekking towards Sho. From Sho, it will take 1 hour 30 minutes to reach Lho and from Lho we trek for 2 hours to reach Sayla. We can get panoramic views of North Himalchuli, Nadi chuli Manaslu, North Manaslu, Nike peak, Saula himal & Siringi Himal from Sayla. Now we're only an hour away from our destination Samagaun. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Samagaun. Day 8: Acclimatization day at Samagaun This is the rest day for you as it is necessary to take rest before you ascend to higher altitude. You can spend the day just resting & roaming the surrounding only or you can also choose to go for short hikes around the area. Going in short hikes will help you to adjust in the higher altitude easily. If you choose to go hiking then, you will have three options. You can visit Birendra Tal (3 km from Samagaon), Basecamp or Pungen monastery and Basecamp. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Samagaun. Day 9: Samagaun to Samdo (3690m/12103ft) 4-5 hrs Today is comparitively short hike than the previous days. After 3 hours of a hike on the steep uphill and flat land, we will reach the destination. On the way, we can have amazing views of Syaula Peak, Naike Peak, Manaslu, Himchuli, Larke peak and Cho peak. We then, ascend & cross the budhi gandaki river on a wooden bridge. After that, we climb steeply alongside between the two rivers.We head towards the small remote settlement Samdo. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Samdo. Day 10: Samdo to Dharmashala (4450m/14596ft) 4-5 hrs We'll be trekking to Dharmasala from Samdo today & our trek today will be of around 4-5 hours. Today the trail is slightly rocky all the way to Dharmasala & as we follow the trail & trek upward we'll be sourrounded by spectacular mountains from all side. Moving forward we will cross the east bank of the river & reach a small permanent settlement called Sumdu. The trail then, rises high above the larkya khola leading us all the way to Dharmasala where we'll be spending our night. Overnight stay at Dharmasala. Day 11: Dharmasala to Bimtang (3720m/12, 201ft) 8-9 hrs Today we'll begin our trek early in the morning & it is a more strenuous day as we have to cross we have to cross over Larkya pass. A short climb as soon as we start our trek, we reach a small valley on the north side of the larkya glaciers from where we can get the magnificient views of Cho danda & Larkya peak. We continue our trekking followed by a steep tiresome descend leadin us to the moraine of Salpudanda glacier. Gradually moving forawrd, our trail goes along the moraine & prallel to Bimtang glacier towards bimtang. We can get amazing views of Himlung Himal (7126m), Cheo Himal (6820m), Gyaji Kung (7030m), Kang Guru (6981m) and Annapurna II (7937m) from here. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Bimtang. Day 12: Bimtang to Dharapani (1860m ) 6-7 hrs Today we continue our trek & head towards Dharapani that'll take around 6-7 hours to reach there. The trekking trail today takes us through the rhododendron forests, field & various ups & downs. We soon reach a small gurung village called Tiliche. From there we cross a suspension bridge over dudh khola then, descend to Dharapani. Overnight stay at guesthouse in Dharapani. Day 13: Dharapani to Kathmandu (1400 m) 5 hrs Today is the day we get back to the city after spending almost two weeks in the mountains. We'll drive to Beshisahar first & then to Kathmandu. Our drive today will take approximately 5 hours. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu. Day 14: Departure day This is your last day in Nepal & you'll be going back to your home today. Our representative from Himalayan Recreation Treks will be there to drop you off at the airport & bid goodbye to you at the time of your departure.
